Hyrdomedix Group, Inc. (the “Company”) is pleased to announce the declaration by its Board of Directors on November 20, 2006 of a stock dividend distribution of its common stock. As a holder of the Company’s common stock, you will receive three additional shares of common stock for every share held as of the close of business on November 30, 2006. The dividend will be issued on December 1, 2006
